Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request deletion of your ProxyCash account and what data will be removed.
How to Delete Your Account
- Send an email to support@proxycash.in from any email address with subject line: "Delete My ProxyCash Account"
- Include the phone number registered with your ProxyCash account (with country code, e.g. +91XXXXXXXXXX)
- We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account information — phone number, profile data
- Device records — all registered devices and connection history
- Earnings data — balance, bandwidth stats, earning history
- Withdrawal history — UPI ID, withdrawal records
- Task completions — task history and proof submissions
- Firebase data — authentication record, analytics data, FCM tokens
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any pending earnings or withdrawal requests will be forfeited. Please ensure you have withdrawn all available balance before requesting deletion.
Data Retention
After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data (such as total network bandwidth statistics) that cannot be linked back to you, as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
