Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 20, 2026

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use ProxyCash.
• You must have a valid Indian mobile phone number for registration.
• You must be the authorized user of the device and mobile data connection you share through the Service.

2. Account Registration

• You register using your phone number via OTP verification (Firebase Authentication).
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts or fraudulent registrations will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.

3. How the Service Works

• The App runs a foreground service with a persistent notification while active.
• Traffic is routed through an encrypted tunnel (FRP) to our servers.
• You can start or stop the proxy service at any time from the App.
• We do not monitor, log, or store the content of traffic passing through your device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate earnings through bots, scripts, fake bandwidth, or artificial inflation of uptime.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App, proxy service, or FRP tunnel.
• Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to your device for the purpose of earning.
• Interfere with the operation of the proxy network, backend servers, or gateway infrastructure.
• Use VPNs, emulators, or virtual devices to simulate mobile proxy connections.

5. Earnings & Payments

a) How Earnings Work

• You earn based on bandwidth shared (data routed through your device) and uptime (how long your proxy is active).
• Earnings are tracked in paisa and displayed in the App.
• Earning rates may change at any time. Current rates are communicated via the App and Firebase Remote Config.

b) Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to your UPI ID.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are displayed in the App.
• We reserve the right to hold or reject withdrawals if we detect fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and may take up to 7 business days to process.

c) Forfeiture

• Earnings obtained through fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms will be forfeited.
• If your account is terminated for violations, any pending balance may be forfeited.

6. Tasks

• We may offer optional earning tasks (surveys, app installs, referrals, etc.) within the App.
• Task rewards are credited upon successful verification of proof submission.
• We reserve the right to reject task completions that do not meet requirements.

7. Device & Network Requirements

• An Android device with a working mobile data connection is required.
• The App requires certain permissions (foreground service, internet, boot, network state, battery optimization exemption) to function properly.
• You are responsible for any mobile data charges incurred by your carrier while the proxy service is active.
• Wi-Fi connections may not qualify for proxy earnings, as the service requires mobile (cellular) IPs.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• The App, its code, design, branding, and all related materials are the property of ProxyCash.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
• The ProxyCash name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without our written permission.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate any of these Terms.
• We detect fraudulent activity, manipulation, or abuse.
• You are inactive for an extended period.
• Required by law or regulation.

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. See our Account Deletion page for details.

11. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earning amounts, or that the App will be error-free.
• We are not responsible for any data charges, battery usage, or device wear resulting from use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for the content of traffic routed through your device by business customers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyCash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of earnings, data, or device damage, arising from your use of the App or Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProxyCash, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
